Supply chain leader with deep complex hardware experience who thrives building high-performing teams and shaping sourcing strategy early to deliver resilient, cost-effective production at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
• 10+ years in fast-paced manufacturing in supply chain or production role for complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies
• 5+ years in leadership position with experience building high-performing teams
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance
• MBA or Master's in supply chain, engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, high tech or related industry (preferred)
