Requirements

• 5+ years in software, systems, or manufacturing engineering, including 3+ years leading engineering teams
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise production systems at scale — MES, ERP, MRP, WMS, PLM, or equivalent — including the integration layer
• Strong systems architecture judgment: data modeling, systems of record vs. application layer, and integration patterns
• Direct experience delivering software into a live manufacturing environment, with accountability after go-live
• Track record operating across manufacturing, supply chain, and planning and trusted by central IT counterparts
• Able to hold a technical position under pressure from senior stakeholders and change it when the argument is better
