Electrical Maintenance Technician

Highlights

Ideal candidate

Hands-on troubleshooter with a trade background who loves diagnosing complex systems and collaborating across engineering teams to keep mission-critical autonomous submarines reliable and ready.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in electrical system maintenance with exposure to hardware and integrated software systems
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving electrical, hardware and software issues
• Vocational training in electrical trades or an associate degree
• Trade background in Maritime, Aviation or another high-tech industry
• Familiarity with wiring diagrams, equipment schematics and software configuration
• Experience performing component, subsystem and system level test and diagnosing/escalating issues
• Exposure to Maintenance Management Systems including tracking repairs and configuration
• Familiarity with electromechanical systems such as motors, actuators and battery systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with collaborative mindset
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 Security Clearance
