A floor-first ER operator who thrives with hourly workforces and builds trust in person. You care about fair, defensible outcomes and proactively coaching managers before issues escalate.

Requirements

• 4+ years of workplace investigations and employee relations advisory experience
• Direct experience supporting hourly/non-exempt workforces in production, manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution
• Strong written and verbal communication with BLUF-structured reports for Legal and leadership
• Employment law fluency with ability to interpret policy, spot risk, and loop in counsel
• Self-sufficient operator comfortable with ambiguity and operational tempo
• Program-building experience with ER training and investigation processes
