Field Service Representative (FSR), Counter Intrusion

Ideal candidate

A hands-on, resourceful problem-solver who thrives in unstructured field environments and cares about supporting military missions. You enjoy teaching users, owning tough technical challenges, and continuously mastering new systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years problem-solving in unstructured environments at hardware, software and networking interface
• Ability to climb towers to install, maintain and repair sensor equipment including cameras, radars and PTUs
• Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair site infrastructure including generators, solar and hydraulic systems
• Experience performing preventative maintenance on tower structures including guy wires, anchors and lightning protection
• Experience operating specialized equipment including aerial lifts and forklifts
• Ability to travel to remote regions up to two months at a time, at least 50% of the year
• Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not already local
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret/Secret clearance
