Requirements

• 4+ years in finance, operations, or data analysis building financial models with large-scale data integrations
• Deep understanding of data stack tools: Databricks or Palantir Foundry or dbt, Redshift, Looker/Tableau, Dagster
• Thrive in cross-functional projects with technical requirements and user-focused workflows
• Empathetic self-starter energized by business impact and ambiguous projects
• Prior FP&A, financial modeling, or forecasting experience in Defense sector (preferred)
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered tooling and automation in production (preferred)
• Change management and SOX-compliant data platform experience (preferred)
