Requirements

• 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience specifically focused on G&A roles, with meaningful exposure to real estate, workplace, and/or facilities hiring
• Proven experience conducting thorough competency evaluations across G&A functions including legal credentialing, regulatory and compliance, commercial lease and facilities operations
• Experience managing strategic relationships with legal, real estate, and facilities leaders to calibrate profiles and report pipeline
• Experience advising leadership on market conditions, G&A talent availability, and compensation expectations
• Clear communication style to evaluate motivations and cultural fit within a fast-paced, high-impact environment
