Requirements

• 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience focused on G&A roles with exposure to real estate, workplace and/or facilities hiring
• Proven experience conducting competency evaluations across G&A functions including legal, regulatory, compliance, lease and facilities operations
• Experience managing strategic relationships with legal, real estate and facilities leaders to calibrate profiles and report pipeline
• Experience advising leadership on market conditions, talent availability and compensation expectations
• Clear communication style to assess motivations and cultural fit in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
