Requirements

• 7+ years in global mobility tax, expatriate tax, or business-traveler compliance
• Experience in in-house global mobility tax function and/or tax advisory firm
• Strong knowledge of income tax, payroll withholding/reporting, social security, equalization, and PE risk
• Proven experience building or scaling mobility tax policies, controls, and workflows globally
• Excellent project management skills leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience managing external tax advisors and implementing mobility tax technology
• Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills translating technical tax requirements into clear guidance
