Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in global mobility tax, expatriate tax, or business-traveler compliance
• Experience in an in-house global mobility tax function, tax advisory firm, or both
• Strong knowledge of individual income tax, payroll withholding and reporting, social security and totalization, tax equalization and protection, and permanent establishment risk
• Proven experience building or scaling mobility tax policies, controls, and workflows for a globally operating company
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Experience managing external tax advisors and implementing mobility tax technology
• Highly organized, data-driven, and operationally sharp with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical tax requirements into clear guidance
