• Built flexible operational infrastructure at a high-growth company
• Experience scaling hardware production through fielding with metrics monitoring
• Deep financial acumen in unit economics, manufacturing finance and P&L management
• Operationally rigorous with discipline, efficiency and management via metrics
• Proven ability to evolve organizations, coach senior leaders and make hard talent calls
• Able to move between strategic and tactical detail when needed
• Eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance
