Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field
• 10+ years in warehousing and supply chain management with 5+ years in a leadership role
• 5+ years managing a team of supply chain professionals
• Proven track record executing warehousing strategies at large scale across multiple sites
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
• Expertise in warehouse management systems and emerging logistics technologies
• Ability to travel as needed and be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS or secret clearance
