Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in a Manufacturing/Production leadership role within hardware development
• Track record scaling products from prototype to full-rate production of 1000s
• Experience with discrete manufacturing in aerospace, consumer electronics, medical or automotive
• Ability to work with engineering, supply chain and quality teams on highly technical level
• Demonstrated ability to assess, attract and retain talent and build high-performing teams
