Requirements

• 10+ years in Production leadership scaling products from prototype to full-rate production of 1000s
• Owned a new product ramp through full-rate production and managed P&L in production environment
• Experience managing 100+ person workforce across quality, supply chain, manufacturing engineering and technicians
• Experience with discrete production operations in aerospace, consumer electronics, medical, or automotive
• Ability to work cross-functionally in unstructured, ambiguous environment; startup experience preferred
