Seasoned supply chain leader who thrives scaling teams and production ramps in fast-paced hardware environments. Strategic yet hands-on, adept at aligning engineering, suppliers, and executives to deliver cost-effective growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
• 10+ years in fast-paced manufacturing in supply chain or production role focused on complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly
• 5+ years in a leadership position
• Experience building processes and teams from early stage to mature operation
• Strong communication skills with executive team and potential customers
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
