Requirements
- 5+ years in a rate manufacturing environment building complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies
- Experience using real operational data to inform decisions
- Experience and demonstrated skills with AutoCAD
- Proven line/facility design including value stream mapping, continuous/one-piece flow and workstation design
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and implementation
- Able to read technical documentation and understand hardware processes across electronics and mechanical structures
- Understanding of how material flows around a facility
