Requirements
- Manufacturing floor experience in aerospace assembly or aircraft integration
- Strong blueprint reading and ability to interpret drawings and CAD data
- Hands-on experience with nonconformance processes, rework and quality inspections
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot build issues on the floor to resolution
- Familiarity with quality standards such as IPC-620, IPC-A-610 or equivalent
