Requirements

• Degree in technical field such as engineering, math or hard science
• 8+ years experience in manufacturing or design of avionics or electrical systems
• Proven ability to deliver avionics hardware in resource-constrained environments
• Demonstrated team leadership experience, direct or in-kind
• Experience bringing up assembly operations for electrical assemblies
• Hands-on hardware manufacturing experience via machining, soldering, assembly, etc.
• Proficient with ERP, CAD, PLM and FRACAS software
• Must be a U.S. Person for export-controlled access
