Hands-on manufacturing leader with electro-mechanical assembly experience who thrives on the factory floor. Reliable, detail-oriented and collaborative, you care about quality, safety and mentoring operators to deliver complex systems on time.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields
• Prior experience leading a team either in-kind or directly, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience working with ERP and MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau)
• Full understanding of product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN principles and change management
• Can interpret technical documentation including drawings, work instructions and schematics
• Extremely reliable, organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled data
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret clearance
