Lead Production Technician, Missiles

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields
• Prior experience leading a team either in-kind or directly, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Full understanding of product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN principles and change management
• Ability to interpret technical documentation including drawings, work instructions and schematics
• Extremely reliable, organized and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data
