Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years in aerospace, defense, military or high-reliability hardware testing
- U.S. Person status to access controlled data
- Hands-on inspection experience with structural, avionics or propulsion manufacturing
- Experience leading or mentoring teams in manufacturing or military aviation/maintenance
- Proficient reading engineering drawings and blueprints using ASME Y14.5 GD&T
- Skilled with precision hand tools and CMM equipment
- Strong understanding of AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
