Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting roles (Lead/Manager level) or consulting roles (Senior/Supervisor/Manager level); a mix of both in-house corporate and consulting experience is highly preferred.
• Highly developed IQ and EQ, with the communication skills necessary to navigate complex personnel integrations and cross-functional partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A accounting, financial due diligence, or business integrations.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience supporting the integration of acquired business processes into ERP ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
• Highly collaborative and hands-on professional who is eager to dive into the details to drive execution.
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
