Execution-oriented accountant with corporate and consulting experience who thrives in fast-paced M&A integrations, combining strong IQ/EQ to navigate complex people and process change hands-on.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience at Lead/Manager level or consulting at Senior/Supervisor/Manager level, mix of in-house and consulting preferred
• Highly developed IQ and EQ with communication skills to navigate complex personnel integrations and cross-functional partnerships
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A accounting, financial due diligence, or business integrations
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience integrating acquired business processes into ERP ecosystems
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change in high-growth, fast-paced organization
• Highly collaborative and hands-on professional eager to dive into details to drive execution
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or similar equivalent
