Lead Technician, Omen

Ideal candidate

Hands-on manufacturing leader with 5+ years building complex hardware who thrives in fast-paced aerospace environments and enjoys coaching technicians and partnering with engineering to deliver quality hardware.

Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing performing mechanical and/or electrical assemblies
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
• Proficient with computer use including browser and word processing
• Able to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions
• Able to rapidly change roles in a high-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with engineering and production
• Able to prioritize self and team activities to meet production goals
• Must be a U.S. Person for export-controlled access
• Prior experience leading or managing technicians preferred
• Experience with aircraft fabrication, integration, and avionics preferred
