Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, industrial engineering, quality management, education, or related field
• 5+ years in learning and development, training, or quality assurance in defense, aerospace or regulated industry
• Familiarity with AS9100, ITAR/EAR, and CMMC or equivalent frameworks
• Experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional project teams
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
