Mailroom Specialist

Ideal candidate

A service-oriented logistics operator with a few years in mailroom or warehouse settings who loves detail, customer interaction and fast-paced problem-solving to keep a growing campus running smoothly.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years experience in shipping & receiving, mailroom operations, facilities, warehouse logistics or manufacturing/R&D
• Working knowledge of carrier shipping platforms including FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip and DHL
• Experience with Oracle inventory/ERP systems, Slack, JIRA and computer/tablet hardware
• Strong data entry accuracy when logging and tracking inventory
• Forklift certification strongly preferred or willingness to complete onsite training
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with service-oriented mindset
• High integrity and discretion handling sensitive and confidential documents
• Ability to troubleshoot with minimal supervision in a rapid-growth environment
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
