Requirements

• Lead, mentor and schedule team of electrical, mechanical and PLC maintenance specialists
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
• Use CMMS for work orders, scheduling and maintenance data analysis
• Ensure safety compliance including LOTO, confined space and hot work
• Analyze downtime, MTBF, MTTR and OEE to drive Lean and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and Safety teams
