Requirements

• Lead, mentor and schedule a team of electrical, mechanical and PLC maintenance specialists
• Champion safety culture and compliance with LOTO, confined space and hot work procedures
• Build and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Manage CMMS work orders, history analysis and spare parts inventory optimization
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment issues
• Use downtime, MTBF, MTTR and OEE data to drive Lean and continuous improvement
