Ideal candidate

Hands-on builder with 3+ years delivering electromechanical hardware in fast-paced startups. Extremely organized, detail-driven, and energized by rapidly iterating cutting-edge underwater vehicles from prototype to scale.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or hard science
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware to spec in a startup environment
• Personal hands-on hardware manufacturing experience via machining, fabrication, soldering or assembly
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
