Hands-on builder with 2+ years in electromechanical hardware who thrives owning hardware end-to-end in fast, resource-constrained environments and is passionate about manufacturing and defense innovation.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, math, or hard science
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environment
• Demonstrated team leadership skills with examples
• Personal hands-on hardware manufacturing experience via machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly
• Genuine interest in manufacturing and thirst for learning
• U.S. Person status required for export-controlled data access
