Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred
- 3-5 years in manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics environments
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, inventory control and Kanban replenishment
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets for data entry and basic analysis; ERP/WMS exposure a plus
- Strong attention to detail with ability to document processes and report progress
- Ability to stand/walk on manufacturing floor and willingness to travel to support multi-site operations
