Hands-on mechanical builder with 3+ years in complex hardware environments who thrives in multidisciplinary teams. Organized, detail-driven collaborator passionate about subsea robotics and scaling production.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in technician roles having worked in a similar environment (Automotive, Aircraft, Maritime, etc.)
• Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation (mechanical drawings, work instructions)
• Part fabrication skills including plastic/metal machining and additive manufacturing
• Experience performing functional checkouts and tests
• Competent with risk assessment and hazard mitigation activities including documentation
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 Security Clearance
