Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Drafting/Design or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support role
- 1-2 years supporting or using CAD platforms in a professional environment
- Working knowledge interpreting NX Logs / Sys Logs
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with methodical approach to complex software conflicts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Patient, empathetic customer-service mindset under tight deadlines
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills for high-volume ticket queue
