A patient, service-oriented troubleshooter with IT support experience who enjoys helping engineers under tight deadlines and continuously improving tools, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Drafting/Design or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role
• 1-2 years supporting or using CAD platforms in a professional environment
• Working knowledge interpreting NX logs and sys logs
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with methodical approach to complex software conflicts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Patient, empathetic customer service mindset under tight deadlines
• Strong multitasking and organization to prioritize critical stoppage issues
