Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Drafting/Design or equivalent experience

- Minimum 1-2 years supporting or using CAD platforms in a professional environment
- Working knowledge interpreting NX Logs/Sys Logs
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with methodical approach to complex software conflicts
