OT Support Operator

Ideal candidate

Hands-on fixer with IT support experience who loves solving problems in person and keeping hardware moving. Takes ownership, stays organized, and thrives on a fast-moving factory floor.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or hands-on IT operations
• Experience with asset management or ERP system and asset tracking tools
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing laptops, desktops and peripherals
• Experience with ticketing system such as Jira Service Management
• Comfort with physical work including receiving shipments and factory floor work
• Strong organization and follow-through with accurate records
• Clear written and verbal communication with users of varying technical comfort
• Ability to work in fast-moving environment and take ownership
