Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting
• Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs including risk mitigation and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical thinking using qualitative and quantitative data to influence operational decisions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills presenting project details, trade-offs and metrics clearly
• High ownership, low ego mindset with proactive, people-centric problem solving
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information
