Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial design, product design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience developing new hardware products.
• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Demonstrated experience defining and executing CMF strategies for products from concept through mass production.
• Experience managing complex programs across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and product-release schedules.
• Experience supporting industrial design and research teams in a product-development environment.
• Strong capabilities in resource planning, program delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience developing functional specifications, design-verification plans, and test procedures.
• Proficiency with industrial-design surfacing and parametric CAD or visualization tools; experience with Rhino, SolidWorks, Creo, and KeyShot is preferred
