Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related discipline)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in product quality, quality engineering, or quality assurance in manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience conducting quality activities in field or operational environments
• Working knowledge of root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) and statistical quality tools (SPC, Pareto, capability analysis)
• Familiarity with quality management system standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, or equivalent)
