A sourcing-savvy engineer with 3+ years in hardware development who thrives in startups and high-mix environments, passionate about building resilient supply networks for cutting-edge autonomous systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of electronics and/or mechanical devices
• Experience with design and development of electronics and/or mechanical devices
• Advanced sourcing activities including commodity/sourcing management
• Supplier development across technology, process and supply chain
• Early supplier engagementahead of product/engineering requirement realization
• Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering or TCO at component and product level
• Familiarity developing high-tech products in high-mix, low-volume environment
• Some exposure working in a start-up environment
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or related technical degree
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
