Requirements

• 2-4 years direct experience in Production Scheduling, manufacturing planning and work order management
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and solve problems, including Claude
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP and scheduling systems with focus on capacity deconfliction
• Ability to build, hold and recover schedules in capacity-constrained environments
• Experience collaborating with Design and Manufacturing Engineers to translate test requirements into schedules
• Preferred experience supporting destructive testing environments
• Familiarity with S&OP / JSOP sales and operations planning process
• Visionary, proactive mindset focused on improving scheduling
