Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Safety-first mindset with zero tolerance for deviation from protocols
• Ability to follow detailed written and visual work instructions precisely
• Mechanical aptitude with hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures and small components
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Team-oriented attitude with clear, direct communication
• Coachable and self-aware, seeks and applies feedback
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work in environments with energetic materials
