Ideal candidate

Commercial finance leader energized by owning P&Ls and scaling hardware businesses from development to production. You blend analytical rigor, ownership mindset, and collaborative partnership with engineering and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 6-10+ years of progressive finance experience with P&L ownership, FP&A, or operational finance in manufacturing/hardware
• Strong command of unit economics, COGS, inventory dynamics, and working capital
• Experience building annual budgets, long-range forecasts, and monthly forecasting rhythm
• Advanced modeling skills, fluent in Excel with ERP and reporting tooling experience
• Track record leading cross-functional work with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain
• Experience supporting hardware business through production transitions
• Must be eligible to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance
