Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience as a financial analyst or related finance/accounting role
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Able to communicate financial performance and variance analysis to stakeholders
• Customer service mindset
• Strong understanding of financial systems, data management, and complex modeling
• Understanding of AI-driven workflows and models is a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
