Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management on government or defense programs
• Direct ownership of cost, schedule and technical performance
• Active US Secret clearance
• Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering
• Experience with government reference architectures
• Hands-on experience planning, driving and delivering CDRLs
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, contracts, finance and security
• Experience as primary interface to a government program office running reviews and meetings
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and resources including EAC/ETC forecasts
