Ideal candidate

Hands-on, first-principles quality professional with manufacturing experience in regulated hardware who thrives on the floor and cares about building rigorous systems for mission-critical naval technology.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Quality Engineering role in aerospace, defense or regulated manufacturing
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience implementing, maintaining and being audited against AS9100 QMS
• Proficiency in root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) and corrective actions
• Experience supporting First Article Inspections per AS9102
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
