Requirements

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in Recruiting at a fast-paced, growing company
• Candidate-first mentality with relentless attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to efficiently prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Great team player who can also work independently with limited guidance
• Process-driven with passion for process improvement and efficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service focus
• Positive attitude with growth mindset
• Willing to work in-person at Costa Mesa office 4-5 days per week
• Experience using ATS applications, Greenhouse strongly preferred
• Proven experience scheduling within Outlook
