Requirements

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in recruiting at a fast-paced, growing company
• Candidate-first mentality with relentless attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to efficiently prioritize tasks and remain composed in a dynamic environment
• Process-driven with passion for process improvement and efficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with focus on customer service and relationship building
• Team player who can also work independently with limited guidance
• Positive attitude with a growth mindset
• Willing to work in-person in Costa Mesa 4-5 days per week
• Experience with ATS applications, Greenhouse strongly preferred
• Proven experience scheduling within Outlook
