Senior Accountant, M&A Accounting

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or consulting roles at Senior/Manager level
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A accounting, financial due diligence, or business integrations
• Strong technical background supporting integration of business processes into ERP ecosystems
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced organization
• Highly collaborative, hands-on executor with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) preferred
• CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA preferred
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export controlled information access
