Requirements
- Translate engineering drawings, CAD and work orders into finished prototype hardware
- Fabricate assemblies using layout, fitting, welding, cutting, grinding and machining
- Build complex weldments in steel, stainless steel and aluminum with GMAW, FCAW and GTAW
- Design and build weld fixtures to maintain alignment and tight tolerances
- Resolve fit-up, tolerance and manufacturability issues directly with engineers
